By agreeing to commission me, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, or considered a legal adult in your country of residence. Additionally, you agree to the below Terms of Service.

I withhold the right to reject or cancel any commission request without explanation. Upon a cancelation, if you have not yet received your rough sketch, you will receive a full refund. If a cancelation occurs after you receive your rough sketch, you may receive a partial refund. The amount varies on a case by case basis.

Commissions will be sold to you via digital goods only (ie., png, jpeg, psd, or pdf file.) If you have a preference for the final deliverable file type, please let me know.

I retain creator copyrights of the image, but you can repost, use, and display the commission for personal use only. You forfeit the right to resell or alter the commission and you cannot use the commission for commercial means, knowingly use the piece for AI training, nor use it for NFT trading or selling.

You agree to make the payment in full before the rough sketch is shown. Once the rough/outline is shown, no full refund or change of content or subject matter will be available.

Payments will be made in USD via a Paypal invoice I send to you. If you are due a refund, please email me so we can schedule a Paypal chargeback and work out costs. Do not send a chargeback without prior contact.

After the commission is approved on my end, and the Paypal invoice is paid in full, I will reach out to you for needed references before sending you a rough image of your commission.

Please provide visual reference for your commission request. If you don't have an existing visual reference of your original character(s), a fee will be applied to help brainstorm a look.

Sketches (Black & White Colors, or Flat Colors) Only: You are allowed 1 minor change any time after the rough is approved. Minor changes include expression adjustment or likeness touched up. Major changes (ie., pose changes, or character changes) will NOT be available after the rough is approved. Any additional minor changes after the second will result in a convenience fee that will be paid before the final art is finished. I will prompt you for feedback during the check-in stage. There is one check-in you will receive before you receive finals: the rough pose / composition.

Lineart & Flat Colors, Lineart & Cell-Shaded, and Painted Colors Only: You are allowed 2 minor changes any time after the rough is approved. Minor changes include base color adjustments or likeness touched up. Major changes (ie., pose changes, or character changes) will NOT be available after the rough is approved. Any additional minor changes after the second will result in a convenience fee that will be paid before the final art is finished. I will prompt you for feedback during the check-in stages. There are two check-ins you will receive before you receive finals: the rough (rough lines + rough color) & the lineart with flat colors.

Once you receive and approve of the final artwork, no further edits are available. Additionally, after receiving the final artwork, no refund will be available.

Timeliness is important to me! You will receive your final artwork within 2-4 business weeks after you approve the rough sketch. It is unlikely, but if I anticipate it will take longer than 4 weeks, you will be promptly notified. If a commission is needed sooner than 2 business weeks for a particular date, a rush fee will be paid before the final art is finished.

I am OPEN to questions regarding image content, stylization preferences, lighting/mood requests, etc. BEFORE the rough is drafted. Please minimize changes post-rough to avoid additional charges.
